In some cases, it is helpful to break activities down further into tasks. The tasks are more detailed, discrete actions that include all the steps that are needed to complete an activity.
This level of detail is most important for the first year or two of your plan. It is not necessary to be as detailed in the later years, as the details of the plan may shift throughout implementation.
